It's National Pancake Day! it's true, today we honor a breakfast legend. Nothing fills the spot like pancakes (except for French toast of course). IHOP has been giving away short stacks all day, the kicker: one per person and then you have to get back in line (really?! are people that stingy??) I'm sure with all the money woes free breakfast is nice, but I don't think it's worth getting all upitty about. (In honor we had pancakes for dinner)
I wore flip-flops today! ( I think I'm going to start each new subject with a ! ) The weather is B-E-U-tiful. Nothing like jeans, a T-shirt, and flip-flops (cause I'm that kind of gal). I've actually worn flip-flop a few days now, but today is the first day my pig-ies weren't cold... so today we celebrate!
Easter candy is out in full force! The problem with all the holidays is the candy. I LOVE candy (preferably of the chocolate nature (with a Reeses logo)...white chocolate too). SO, as I was saying, candy is out in full force and I want some. I'm putting on poundage so I don't really need it, but it's so hard to resist. There needs to be an invention that electric shocks you or something when you try to put sweets in your mouth. I would totally buy one, but I don't like tight things around my neck (pretty necklaces are always welcomed though).
I think I'm done! The blog-olicious ode to the afro is done...
