Hello 2010

Wow, what a year 09 has been. We've faced some huge obstacles and forged through them all. Some obstacles were personal, some were to friends and family, and some were within our personal family, but we made it. I think that's the most important part of everything that has happened. We held hands and, with our heads held high, we got through it all. 2010 has started out hard as well, but history proves to us that we can do it.

My father in law isn't doing so well health wise. I try to make it to Utah every few months to help him but unfortunately we can't always afford to do it. The kids gave him a set of scriptures this year for Christmas and they each wrote their testimony in it. With tears in his eyes he accepted it willingly. On our last night there he even said the prayer for dinner, it was a HUGE step.

I sincerely hope that everyone has a great New Year and all that you can wish for comes true.
