Work is fine, nothing great or spectacular, just work. That's the thing about property management, it's always the same stuff no matter where you go. Rent is due the 1st, late fees after the 3rd, market surveys by the 15th, commissions on the, well you get the idea. So all in all work is work.
Austin has still been pounding pavement, looking for work. I keep telling him that when the time is right it will come. He is just working so hard at finding work, I am exhausted watching him!
The kids are ok. Ashley is into VolleyBall at school and Tyler is excelling in all areas, as usual, but Brady, well he's another story right now. Brady has been lashing out a lot lately, and at school quite a bit. We've had a few conferences with the teacher and he still is having issues. We can't work things out with Kelli because she still won't talk to us... as usual, and things are really getting bad for the poor little guy. We are hoping to get him into see a councilor soon. BUT of course Kelli wants to be difficult and won't take advantage of some of the offerings of the Church and insists on sending him to a UBER expensive doctor!!! Really?? All I keep thinking is it will all play out in the end.
WE are headed back to court next Tuesday, that's all I'll say about that, but wish us luck!
