New job, new car

Austin has been offered a different position and that is great. the bad news is our company vehicle will be taken away. Why is that bad you ask??? Well, we only have/had one vehicle since we could use the 'work' van for personal outings as well. So we found a great deal online and last night I drove a brand new 2008 Ford Escape home. The bad news is now we have 2 car payments =( and that's a big fat boooo! The good news is I can finally see the road since I am sitting high again, YAY!!

I have put in an application for an apartment complex to work part time. I love doing Property Management but after the brokerage firm I swore I'd never do apartments again. I have an interview tomorrow and we'll see how it goes. Wish me luck!
